A Victorian period 22 carat gold gypsy style ring with a faceted ruby in a star setting. The ring is hallmarked for Birmingham and the year 1888.
The ruby is 2 mm and is around a .05 carat stone. The ring weighs 3.2 grams.
The ring size is 15.00 mm, the size can be modified if necessary.
There is surface wear to the table of the ruby, oterwise the ring is in good condition with a full clear set of hallmarks.
