Within The Netherlands
We offer free insured shipping with DHL. 

Within the EU
We deliver to selected countries, some restrictions may apply. Delivery will be by DHL Express. All orders must be signed for upon receipt. It can take 1-2 days to deliver after the order has been processed. If we need to size rings, this can delay delivery times. We will always contact you about shipping.

The rest of the world
For delivery outside of the European Union, you may incur import duties and taxes which are levied once the package has reached the destination country. Please allow 5 to 10 days to receive your order after it is processed. You may verify the status of your order and delivery by contacting The Antique Ring Shop. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we will ship your order using DHL Express. We will not ship orders to post office boxes. Please Note: delivery times are extended over holidays and maybe extended as a result of any adverse weather conditions that are beyond our control. If we need to size rings, this can delay delivery times. We will always contact you about shipping.

 
Estimated Delivery Times

Orders can take up to 1 to 3 days to be processed. If you are under time pressure, please contact us to discuss possibilities. For rings which require sizing adjustments, we will contact you to discuss and advise on delivery times.

EU countries
1-5 days delivery after the order being processed.

International
 1-5 days delivery after the order being processed.

Returns Policy 

We'd like you to be thrilled every time you receive a package from The Antique Ring Shop. Although, we understand that you may wish to return items occasionally. Our returns and exchange policy is detailed here:

• Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product that you wish to return the product.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased.
• Return shipping is free. We will organise the return using DHL.
• You will receive a full refund once we receive the item back.
