Victorian garnet and pearl ring from 1872
A mid Victorian period 15 carat gold ring with three faceted garnets and four seed pearls. The ring is hallmarked for the City of Birmingham and the year 1872.
The center garnet measures 4.5 mm by 4 mm. The shank of the ring is decorated with a hand engraved motif.
The ring size is 18.00 mm, the size can be modified if necessary.
There is a small chip to the center garnet and some previous resizings are visible in the ring.
